Saturday, February 28, 2026 –  Early Bird Rate Registration Deadline. Regular rates will be applied after this day.

Registration after February 28, 2026 is $225

After this deadline, no additional registration accepted without permission of SAAB National Headquarters Registration deadline may be affected by space limitation, if the conference closes out sooner than the day listed.

Registration Confirmation: Once you complete registration, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email – please contact us at once.
 
Please Note: If requesting an invoice or purchase order, they will be sent under separate cover once registration is complete.
 
Online Payment:
  • Please complete the conference registration form when submitting your payment to complete the registration process.
  • If you experience difficulty with online registration, please contact conference@saabnational.org for assistance.

Important Registration Reminders:

  • Registration forms submitted without full payment will not be processed until payment is received.
  • Online Registration Payments via PayPal is required within three (3) business days of the date of registration.
  • Early Bird or Normal Registration Rates are determined by the date of online payment – or – postmark date of mailed payment.

Institutional Registration Funding:

  • For institutions or school systems paying registration via Purchase Order or similar method (i.e. institutional, sponsor or grant support), funding must be secured and confirmed prior to making registrations.
  • Allow adequate time to process and mail payment as each process varies in terms of processing time.
  • ANY registration made incurs a requirement of payment. Registrations not paid by the appropriate deadline will be billed to the institution making said registrations.
  • SAAB accepts no responsibility for unsecure funds.
