Data Access Policy

Relative to the SAAB Data Tracking System, the SAAB Chapter Advisor(s), officially designated and authorized by the school or institution, is provided with a user name and password for the SAAB Data System to access their respective chapter data.

Individuals who are not designated and authorized advisors as authorized by the school or institution will not be granted access to the data system in an effort to comply with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) regarding the privacy of data provided by and collected about students who are members of the respective SAAB chapter as determined by said school or institution.
